At Meridian Realty we have a 70/30 initial commission split, but the real bonus is when an agent achieves her cap, which means when she reaches a certain commission for a 12-month calendar period she earns a 100% of her commission.

I earned CAP commission on about 6 transactions in 2018. The additional income helped me to earn amazing market share especially in a tough market. I could offer additional services to my clients could get away with sometimes asking less commission in order to keep my market share. And yes, it cost me additional money, but it put me in another league, and I could increase my market share again this year. I could “up” my game with additional funds for marketing and branding.

Meridian Realty offers me constant support to ensure that I am the best iAgent I can be and to make sure my day runs seamlessly as I juggle appointments with Sellers and Buyers.
