Introduction Training
When you join Meridian Realty, you will receive induction training to get you up to speed with all things Meridian as soon as possible! You will receive training on our systems, processes, contracts, etc. During this time, our support staff will set up our cloud-based systems and emails on your devices.
Live training events
We offer regular seminars, as well as online webinars to all our agents.
We host regular training events in all our areas of operation. Our iAgents enjoy developing their skills at these interactive seminars where we focus on industry relevant topics such as:
- The latest marketing techniques
- Ways to increase productivity
- Negotiation skills
- Industry updates
- Legal updates
- Compliance requirements
- Strategies to improve our customer satisfaction

Online Training
In addition to our live training events, Meridian Realty also hosts regular online training on a number of subjects. Our agents are notified of upcoming training events in advance and can simply log in to participate.
